Mohamed FAhmy Zeid completed completed Master of General Surgery in 1988 and pursued his fellowship in the department of Neurosurgery in 1994.He earned doctorate degree in Neurological surgery in 1994. He was the House officer in Ministry of Health Hospitals and Alexandria university Hospitals for one year from 1983 to 1984.He worked as physician in the Ministry of Health Hospitals from 1984 to 1987.He is Registrar of Neurosurgery in private hospital from 1987 to 1988.He is Assistant lecturer of Neurosurgical department of Alexandria University Hospitals from 1988 to 1994.He is chief consultant of Neurosurgery in Saqr Hospitals, UAE from 2000 to 2003.He visited to Neurological surgery department, Royal College of Medicine,London in 2001. He is working as Professor of Neurosurgery department at Alexandria University from 2010 to till date and he is the Founder & President of Brain & Skull Egyptian Society from Last October 2017.

Neurosurgery

Dr. Wendel-Mitoraj is CEO and Founder of BrainCare Oy (Ltd). She obtained her BSc in Electrical Engineering and then worked for Samsung Austin Semiconductor (Austin, Texas, USA) as a photolithography engineer. After relocating to Tampere, Finland, she earned her doctorate in computational modeling of EEG electrodes. During her post-doctoral tenure, she designed and patented the electrode strips and developed the BrainCare concept. She negotiated and acquired for BrainCare Oy the intellectual property assets developed at Tampere University of Technology (Tampere, Finland). She strategically focused on bringing SOENIAâ„¢ Epilepsy Diary and Cloud as a first medical device compliant product to the market. Her current focus is bringing the novel electrode to the market.

Dr. Ahmad Tamimi Started his study at University of Oviedo graduating as Medical Doctor in 1977, he got his training in Neurosurgery at General Hospital of Asturias, Spain as from 1977-1981, he had his PhD in Medicine from University of Oviedo, Spain, in 1981. He worked as a consultant at General Hospital of Asturias as from 1981until 1984, consultant at General Hospital of Las Palmas as from 1984 until 1990, and consultant at Jordan University Hospital since 1990 till present. He was appointed as Chairman of Neurosurgical Department as from 2000 until 2013. In 2000, he became a full professor of Neurosurgery. Prof. Tamimi became a Dean of Medical School at Muatah University during the period from 2005-2007.and General Director of Jordan University Hospital from 2013-106. Member of the scientific committee the Arab Board in Neurosurgery and Member of the scientific committee Jordanian Board scientific committee member in Neurosurgery. Special interest in Neuro-oncology and epilepsy surgery. He is the author of over 150 publications in Neurosurgery, Medical Ethics , Medical Education and Health care system.

Prof. Dr. Heyam Saad Ali, M. Pharm., and Ph-D from UoK. She is working as a head of the pharmaceutics department in Dubai Pharmacy College, UAE. Prof. contributed more than 70 articles to reputed international scientific journals and conferences, in different conventional, controlled and targeted drug delivery systems in pharmaceutical product development. She has been invited as a speaker at numerous International conferences. Reviewer and member of the editorial board of many international journals.

Pharmacy

Humberto Mendes Faria Rodrigues Bachelor and Master in Clinical and Health Psychology at Aveiro University (Portugal) and internship in Coimbra Hospital University Centre (e.g., Intervention in Sleep Disorders and Pain Disorders). Later, worked as a psychologist and neuropsychologist. Also performed a research project in Biofeedback/Neurofeedback by the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT). Is currently working with the Institution of Solidarity Projecto Homem / Braga in the addictions field and he is part of the research group of StressLab of the University of Aveiro . In parallel, also conducts outpatient consultations in various psychological disorders. Concomitantly, made several national and international communications in various Congress as Guest Speaker in the field of Neuroscience. Editor in Chief and Founder of the International Journal of Psychology and Neuroscience and Editor in several Scientific Journals and Author of various articles in peer review journals. At the moment, is a Ph.D. student in Neuroscience at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Salamanca – Neurosciences Institute of Castilla y León. Sam Vaknin is Visiting Professor of Psychology, Southern Federal University, Rostov-on-Don, Russia and Professor of Finance and Psychology in CIAPS (Centre for International Advanced and Professional Studies). Sam Vaknin is the author of Malignant Self-love: Narcissism Revisited and other books about personality disorders. His work is cited in hundreds of books and dozens of academic papers. He spent the past 6 years developing Cold Therapy: a treatment modality for Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD). Over the years, with dozens of volunteers, he found that it was effective with clients suffering from a major depressive episode as well.

Dr. Alexandru J. Graur, Ph.D., Former Project Associate , The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, School of design, Digital Media. Former Associate professor, University of Turin, Italy (Post graduate School in Health Psychology), Department of Psychology. Dr. Graur specializes in composition, musicology and clinical music therapy. He received a graduate degree in Composition-Musicology and is a diplomat in Medicine (P.A.P. - Physician Assistant in Psychiatry). Since 1978, Dr. Graur has implemented the Music Integrative NeurotherapyTM, an applied Neuroscience method combining Music, Psychiatry, Molecular Biology and Quantum Mechanics. Dr. Graur has had a long career as a soloist, orchestra conductor and composer (classical music) with performances and broadcasts of his works in Italy, Germany, Romania, Switzerland and the U.S. and is a recipient of a numerous national and international prizes for interpretation and composition. . He has presented numerous workshops and seminars to audiences in Italy, China, Sweden, South Korea and the U.S.A.

Musicology and clinical music therapy.

Dr. Reza Nejat is an Iranian Board certified Anesthesiologist and Fellow of Critical Care Medicine. After graduating from Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS) as a general practitioner, he could achieve the ECFMG certification and, upon being admitted in Anesthesiology Residency Programme at Iran University of Medical Sciences, he could pass Board Certification exam successfully in Anesthesiology. Passing the fellowship programme in Critical Care Medicine (CCM) at Sina Hospital, TUMS, he, as a fellow of CCM, is now the chief of CCM Department at Bazarganan Hospital in private-sector. During this period he was inclined to study molecular medicine in the field of sepsis, acute heart failure and neuro-critical care. Administration of EPO to neurologically injured patients has been one of his field of interests and experience for the past 4 years. He was the chief of few hospitals prior to working as an assistant professor at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, as an anesthesiologist and also as a fellow of CCM, from 2010 to 2015. Dr. Nejat has published four books in the fields of cardiology, nephrology, fluid and electrolyte, nutrition, metabolism and endocrinology. Recently, he contributed to the chapter of “Acute Heart Failure” in the reference book “Comprehensive Textbook of Therapeutics” studied by post-doc residents of pharmacotherapy
